Highly Sensitive Persons
LBGTQIA+, Queer & Culturally Oppressed Individuals
Grief & Loss
Trauma Survivors
Anxiety Sufferers
Hey there! I’m Brenton (he/him).
A dental hygienist turned therapist with a passion to help LGTBQIA2s+ folx, BIPOC, people-pleasers, perfectionists, and anxious adults cultivate self-compassion, self-love, and self-acceptance. I understand what it feels like to feel insecure, different, alone, and unworthy. Through my own lived experiences coupled with a passion of the human experience, I strive to show up authentically and connect on a deep level with my clients.
I despise the phrase, “I know exactly what you’re going through.” Because, I don’t. However, I want to feel what you are experiencing. Being empathic and highly sensitive, I open my heart to feel your frustrations, struggles, and fears. I tell everyone not to be surprised if I show emotion - I can’t help it.
You deserve to reclaim and strengthen your self-relationship while harnessing your energy and releasing what isn’t yours.
And it’s my goal to help you believe it, too.
