Brittany Will Take Time For You

Do others tell you that you’re too sensitive? Do you doubt or second-guess yourself? Maybe you’re not even sure of who you are because you’ve let others tell you who to be, what to do and what was right. You just want to feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. Your story and your voice matters. Whether you are going through a life transition, have experienced relational/attachment trauma, or want to increase your feelings of self-worth, I can help you build the confidence to move forward in joy and empowerment.

As an IFS Level 1 (i.e. parts work) trained therapist, I offer the space for you to express yourself, feel validated, and heal trauma. I also offer expressive arts therapy (art, dance/movement, drama, storytelling, music) for those who have not found success with traditional talk therapy. Through one-on-one therapy, I can help you find the courage to show up authentically and unapologetically in your relationships and in life by reestablishing your sense of self.
